Three in a row for QMS following 2019 “Gold Trusted Service” win

2019 sees the third year in a row that QMS has earned the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award. The award is given for providing a high quality service to customers and only the highest rated companies, as voted for by their customers, can earn this reward.

Created by Feefo, the annual Trusted Service Awards is presented to the best performing companies and the coveted gold award is only given to companies with an average score of at least 4.5. QMS have surpassed this minimum requirement with 2,295 reviews and an average score of 4.9. This is a fantastic achievement and yet further proof that QMS is not only providing a valuable service but consistently meeting their customer’s requirements as well.

Feefo also record the Net Promoter Score (NPS) – an indication of how likely a customer would recommend the services of a company to others. With an average NPS of 78 for 2018, and considering that companies scoring an NPS over 70 are considered to be world-class service providers, QMS’ customers have clearly stated that they are very likely to recommend QMS’ services.

This year we’ve seen many remarkable businesses leveraging the full potential of Feefo to provide outstanding levels of experience for their customers – and rightly being awarded our most prestigious accreditation.

To help combat the rise of fake reviews Feefo only publish confirmed reviews, matching them to legitimate transactions. Feefo believe this to be the best way to provide customers with a genuine representation of the services and products that individual businesses offer.
