When you’re juggling other business priorities, having an easily accessible platform that helps you to stay on top of your management system can make ISO project management much more straightforward.
As many existing customers were still using our former client platform, Launchpad, it meant that they were not reaping the benefits of further development and evolving technology, and their products were not always accessible from one centralised location. We therefore decided to make it easier for everyone to stay on top of their management system compliance by giving all customers access to our 24/7 interactive and secure platform, QMS Connect.
With this platform customers will benefit from a better user experience as well as new functionality for even easier ISO management.
Features of QMS Connect
QMS Connect builds on the functionality of QMS’ original client platform, Launchpad, while adding some extra features for better useability.
The main dashboard offers users a quick snapshot of the platform with shortcuts to certification marks and upcoming appointments scheduled by QMS as well as a system summary so that users can take in their management system at a glance.
Other key features include:
Documents: The platform is a safe and secure place to store clients’ key documentation, including their documented ISO management system, ISO certificates and saved templates. These can be accessed, downloaded and uploaded at a time and place that suits the client.
Task overview: Following audits and other visits, QMS will set tasks for its clients to help them understand any actions that need to be taken to maintain their ISO compliance. QMS Connect will display what tasks have been assigned so that clients never lose track.
Templates: Clients will continue to get access to our large library of downloadable templates, which can provide a useful starting point when putting together the right documentation.
Help and support: QMS is here to help, so QMS Connect gives clients an accessible first port of call when they have a question. Our Help section includes a library of tutorial videos that can help to guide users through ISO management, whether they’re new to ISO or want to brush up on their skills.
